Refund and Return Policy

Return Window

You may return your GameNight Haven board game collection within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, in accordance with French consumer protection laws.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

In original, unopened condition with all shrink wrap intact
Include all original packaging and components
Free from damage, wear, or modifications
Accompanied by original order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Games that have been opened and played
Custom or personalized game collections
Items damaged by customer misuse
Digital content or downloadable materials

Return Process

Provide your order number and reason for return
We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label
Package items securely in original packaging
Ship using the provided return label

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Return shipping is free for defective items

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective games:

Contact us immediately upon delivery
Provide photos of the damage
We'll arrange replacement or full refund
Return shipping costs are covered by us

International Returns

For returns from outside France, additional customs fees may apply. Contact our customer service for assistance with international returns.

Warranty

All GameNight Haven collections come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear from gameplay or customer damage.
